In the end of semester event, Concluciones 2020 of the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey Mexico, in charge of awarding the best design projects, HELIX won the sustainability award due to its focus on reducing materials and disposing of them in a product medical grade.

Curated by Anniina Koivu, one of the most keenly-awaited exhibitions at Supersalone del Mobile. Milano is The Lost Graduation Show which will showcase 170 projects by students who graduated between 2020 and 2021, from 48 schools of design in 22 different countries. An international jury selected five students projects to be the overall winners of The Lost Graduation Show in The Best Of The Class 2020/2021 trophy were the HELIX proyect was mentioned.

It's objective is to give visibility to a selection of 50 outstanding works of young design in Latin America, in an exhibition in which experimental and / or developing design works, focused on sustainability, ethics, integrity ..., because we need radical ideas and solutions to the many urgent social problems. The projects will be carried out by Ibero-American End-of-Degree, Master or Doctorate students, in all areas of design application, who may already be making their first foray into the productive and professional world. An international jury selected the most outstanding projects of the event and the HELIX project was one of the winners.

The Design Award: Diseña Mexico, is the most important recognition of design in our country and its objective is to recognize good Mexican design and how with design we can raise the quality of life of the population and make companies or institutions more competitive. HELIX was recognized ith the 1° Place Product Design / Medical Equipment Student award subcategory and the Outright Winner: Product Design Student category.
